Model Description
These mice carry loxP sites flanking exon 2-3 of Pparg gene. When crossed with a Cre recombinase-expressing strain, this strain is useful in eliminating tissue-specific conditional expression of Pparg gene.
Research Application：Insulin resistance, scarring alopecia, pulmonary arterial hypertension, osteoclastogenesis and milk production (inflammatory milk), and vascular nitric oxide production and endothelial cell dysfunction research.
