一、细胞形态
在倒置显微镜 10X 情况下拍摄该细胞系形态，如下图所示：

二、成瘤验证
为验证 HT29 细胞系的成瘤性，我们设计了在 M-NSG 小鼠皮下接种 HT29 细胞，成瘤曲线如下图所示：
