荧光细胞系
荧光细胞系，又称荧光标记细胞系，目前主流的细胞系标记分为荧光蛋白标记和荧光素酶标记。荧光蛋白标记是指将可自发荧光的蛋白质（如GFP等）在细胞系内进行过表达，使科研工作者能够在体外或体内（须牺牲动物）观测到肿瘤细胞的具体活动，比如肿瘤细胞的成长、入侵、转移和新生。荧光素酶标记是指将荧光素酶基因插入到细胞基因组，使带有荧光素酶的细胞株转移至特定的小鼠体内形成模型，向模型小鼠注射荧光素（荧光素酶的底物）使体内荧光素酶标记的细胞发光，进而观察肿瘤细胞的具体活动（无须牺牲动物）。
