Model Description
By knocking out exon1-8 of the Fcgr2b gene, exon1-5 of the Fcgr3 gene, and exon1-5 of the Fcgr4 gene, and introducing mutations into exon 1 of the Fcer1g gene, Fcgr2b, Fcgr3, Fcgr4, and Fcer1g gene knockout mouse models were established.
