Model Description

A SA-2xpolyA-CAG-LSL-EML4-ALK(F1174L)-IRES-Luciferase-2A-tdTomato-WPRE-polyA cassette was inserted at the Rosa26 locus. When bred to a strain expressing Cre recombinase under control of various tissue specific promoters, Cre recombination deletes the LSL cassette and allows the expression of the EML4-ALK(F1174L) protein.
