Fig.2 Detection of human TDP43 expression in hTDP43-A315T mice by WB. Tissues lysates were collected from spinal cord and brain of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (female, 3 weeks old) and heterozygous hTDP43-A315T mice (female, 3 weeks old), and then analyzed by western blot with anti-TDP43 antibody (abnova, H00023435-M01). 20 μg of total proteins were loaded for western blotting analysis.
