Model Description

The endogenous mouse H2-Aa gene was replaced by human HLA-DPA1*02:02 gene. The endogenous mouse H2-Ab1 gene was replaced by human HLA-DPB1*03:01 gene.

Wild type: one band at 278 bp with primers F4/R4(mH2-Aa) and one band at 123 bp with primers F/R(mGapdh);

Heterozygous: one band at 278 bp with primers F4/R4(mH2-Aa) and one band at 107 bp with primers F1/R1(hHLA-DPA1) and one band at 123 bp with primers F/R(mGapdh).
