The endogenous mouse Cpt1b gene was replaced by human CPT1B gene.

Various tissue lysates were collected from wild-type C57BL/6J mice (WT, female, 8-10 weeks old) and homozygous hCPT1B mice (HO, female, 11 weeks old), and then analyzed by western blot with anti-CPT1B antibody (CST, 41803T). 20 μg total proteins were loaded for western blotting analysis.
