Fig.1 Detection of human CSF3 expression in serum by ELISA. 

Serum was collected from NMG mice and heterozygous hCSF3(NMG) mice (HE) (n=2, male, 10 weeks old). Protein expression level of CSF3 was analyzed by ELISA. Human CSF3 was exclusively detectable in heterozygous hCSF3(NMG) knockin mice.
