The results show that in the resting state, platelets from homozygous hLRRC32 mice highly express hLRRC32, and Tregs highly express hLRRC32; platelets from WT mice highly express mLRRC32, while Tregs barely express mLRRC32.

The results show that after stimulating sorted CD4+ T cells, Tregs from homozygous hLRRC32 mice highly express hLRRC32, while Tregs from WT mice highly express mLRRC32.
