Fig2. Detection of EGFP(green) and tdTomato(red) in various tissues of of Mrgpra3GFP-Cre/+;Rosa26tdTomato/+ mouse. The tissues of double-positive mice were cryosectioned and directly examined, revealing expression in the following organs:  dorsal root ganglion;A few cells expressed in  large intestine, small intestine, thymus, adrenal gland, testicular interstitium;Uninduced group scattered cell expression:Brain, spinal cord, retina, heart, lungs, liver, stomach, salivary glands, brown fat, pituitary gland, kidney, spleen, pancreas, skin.

EGFP is not expressed in the thymus, while its expression pattern in other locations is similar to that of tdTomato. (53-days old, male) (For more detailed information please contact our technical advisor.)
