Fig.1 Expression analysis of Flt3 on CD117+ cells or CD3-CD19-NK1.1-CD11b-Gr1-F4/80-CD11c- (lineage-negative) cells in bone marrow of NMG mice and Flt3-KO(NMG) mice.

Leukocytes were collected from bone marrow of 8-week-old NMG mice and Flt3-KO(NMG) mice. Flt3 was detectable on both CD117+ cells and lineage-negative cells of NMG mice, whereas its expression was  lost in the corresponding subsets of Flt3-KO(NMG) mice.

Fig.2 Expression analysis of Flt3 on cDCs and pDCs of NMG mice and Flt3-KO(NMG) mice. (8 weeks old)

Leukocytes were collected from spleen of 8-week-old NMG mice and Flt3-KO(NMG) mice. Flt3 was readily detected on both cDCs and pDCs of NMG mice, whereas its expression was lost in the corresponding subsets of Flt3-KO(NMG) mice.

Fig.3 Analysis of cDCs (CD11c+PDCA1-) and pDCs (CD11c+PDCA1+) in CD45+ cells in bone marrow of NMG mice and Flt3-KO (NMG) mice.

Leukocytes were collected from bone marrrow of 8-week-old NMG mice and Flt3-KO (NMG) mice. Both cDCs and pDCs were decreased in bone marrow of Flt3-KO(NMG) mice.

Leukocytes were collected from spleen of 8-week-old NMG mice and Flt3-KO(NMG) mice. Both cDCs and pDCs were decreased in spleen of Flt3-KO(NMG) mice.
